Carina studied communication management and worked at PR agencies in Munich before starting Startup Communication in her living room in 2016. She grew the agency without outside capital and made start-ups such as Staffbase and Xentral known across Europe. In 2024 she sold Startup Communication to PIABO, and she has since been building more companies, including xclusive waters. She's also a qualified ski instructor.
